Free beta terms
These terms apply to the free LoopForge simulator and any free beta discussion offered by the LoopForge project owner.
Free access
The simulator and beta review are currently offered at 0 SEK. There is no payment, subscription or automatic renewal. A request does not guarantee that a beta session will be available.
Beta status
LoopForge is under active development. Features, calculations, availability and these terms may change. Reasonable care is taken, but the service may contain errors or be unavailable.
Scope
A beta review is an informal technical discussion of up to 60 minutes. It does not include certification, production approval, functional-safety assessment, a complete implementation, source-code delivery or guaranteed follow-up work.
Engineering responsibility
All calculations, explanations and recommendations are educational engineering support. You must independently validate them against the complete plant, inverter, software, operating envelope, measurements and applicable regulatory and safety requirements before using them in a real product.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate and authorised information. Do not disclose employer, customer or third-party confidential information without permission. Use anonymised or publicly shareable parameters wherever possible.
Intellectual property
LoopForge, its reusable methods, interface and code remain the property of their respective owner. Feedback and general suggestions may be used to improve the beta without identifying you or revealing confidential information.
No warranty and liability
The free beta is provided as available and without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for production loss, equipment damage, indirect loss or decisions made from unverified beta results. Mandatory rights are not limited.
